Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in residential and urban environments following client-specific protocols
- Provide real-time photo/video updates via our mobile app during walks
- Monitor pets' health and behavior, reporting any concerns to pet parents
- Maintain accurate walk logs and service documentation
- Administer basic care (feeding, medication) as requested by clients
- Uphold strict safety standards and emergency protocols
- Build trust through consistent, professional communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current pet first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Strong understanding of canine behavior and body language
- Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments
- Smartphone proficiency for our care platform
