Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise 1-3 dogs at a time in designated neighborhoods
- Provide feeding, hydration, and waste cleanup during visits
- Monitor pets' health and behavior, reporting any concerns
- Maintain detailed visit logs and client communication
- Adhere to safety protocols during all interactions
- Build trust-based relationships with pets and owners
- Transport pets in secure, climate-controlled vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to handle dogs up to 70 lbs
- Excellent time management and reliability
- Strong communication skills with pet owners
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic pet care knowledge and comfort with all breeds
- Background check required
