Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year strategic vision, with a primary focus on the year 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) and societal shifts to inform long-term planning.
- Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets before competitors recognize them.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future-facing concepts.
- Advise the executive team on risk management regarding disruptive trends and regulatory changes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Futurism, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizational change and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex future concepts for diverse audiences.
