Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of cutting-edge Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core business operations.
- Oversee the research and development of Quantum Computing applications for competitive advantage.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and data privacy in a global context.
- Manage a diverse team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers to drive innovation.
- Present complex technical strategies to stakeholders and investors with clarity and impact.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., bio-digital convergence) and assess their potential impact on the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director-level or CTO role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks.
- Proven experience managing Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) at scale.
- Strong background in Product Strategy and Agile Methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Experience with Blockchain or Decentralized Finance (DeFi) is a plus.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
