Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning R&D goals with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers, engineers, and futurists.
- Architect scalable systems capable of handling next-gen neural network loads.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, AGI) and prototype viable applications.
- Collaborate with C-level leadership to secure funding and resources for experimental projects.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technical projects with budgets exceeding $10M.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Predictive Analytics.
