Responsibilities
- Architect Year 2026 Roadmaps: Design comprehensive technology strategies that ensure our infrastructure is scalable, secure, and ready for the demands of 2026 and the post-AGI era.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into quantum computing integration, advanced neural networks, and edge computing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for major technological shifts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects and implementing long-term technology strategies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and solve unstructured problems in emerging technology spaces.
