Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic plan for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, predictive analytics, and next-gen automation.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of AI-driven solutions into existing and new products to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical strategies into actionable business insights for the C-suite and board of directors.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role within the tech industry, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI strategy and development.
