Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap for core AI infrastructure.
- Lead a high-performing team of Machine Learning Engineers and Research Scientists.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical vision with business goals.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) and evaluate their applicability to our product suite.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within the AI/ML space.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems.
- Experience designing systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI.
- Strong background in Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is a strong plus.
