Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI scalability and integration.
- Lead the design of high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies such as generative AI and quantum computing interfaces.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI standards across all future product lines.
- Conduct R&D initiatives to prototype next-generation user experiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust with experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
