Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable infrastructure capable of supporting next-generation AI and data processing.
- Identify emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum Readiness, Advanced AI) and evaluate their integration potential.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Mitigate technical risks and ensure business continuity for future expansions.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish best practices for system longevity and future-proofing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering on multi-year strategic roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
