Responsibilities
- Define and Execute the AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals for the 2026 era.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent in machine learning and neural network architecture.
- Pilot Autonomous Systems: Oversee the development and testing of pilot projects focused on self-learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks and guidelines to ensure AI deployment is responsible, transparent, and bias-free.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging AI trends to keep Nexus Future Labs ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and natural language processing.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and innovation initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agility: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
