Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, focusing on AI integration and next-gen computing.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic technologies before they become mainstream.
- Tech Scouting: Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Autonomous Systems) to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value for the executive board and investors.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent within the innovation division.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technical Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging computing paradigms.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present high-level strategic insights to diverse audiences.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
