Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Vision for the organization, defining long-term strategic goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technology trends, including AI, automation, and digital ecosystems, to inform product roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions to align engineering, design, and marketing teams on future initiatives.
- Manage partnerships with key industry thought leaders and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Drive the establishment of innovation labs focused on speculative future technologies.
- Present complex strategic plans to the C-suite and board of directors.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, executive leadership, or product management.
- Proven track record of launching successful long-term initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and the future of work trends.
