Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input, verify, and update data into our database systems.
- Review and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and operational records.
- Generate and distribute daily reports to management.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents systematically.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to resolve data-related issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional data entry experience.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently during the night shift without direct supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
