Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks with 99.5% accuracy threshold
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with offshore teams during crossover periods for seamless workflow
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and escalate critical issues to management
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hr
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy after testing
- Strong problem-solving skills for data anomaly resolution
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend rotation
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
