Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain high-volume data in proprietary systems and databases
- Perform data audits to ensure 99.9% accuracy across all records
- Generate daily/weekly reports and analytics for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Train on proprietary software and process improvements
- Support ad-hoc administrative projects during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume data entry role
- Typing proficiency of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and error-detection capabilities
