Responsibilities
- Execute flawless event setups/breakdowns including seating, staging, and AV coordination
- Manage guest registration, check-in processes, and attendee flow control
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries in real-time
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during high-traffic events
- Collaborate with vendors, security, and venue management for seamless operations
- Conduct post-event venue inspections and detailed condition reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event staffing or hospitality experience
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Clear criminal background check and reliable transportation
