Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to identify areas for growth.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for product troubleshooting and feature inquiries.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests.
- Manage account health scores and proactively resolve escalations before they impact satisfaction.
- Onboard new clients efficiently, guiding them through the implementation process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical support.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk) is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting or collaborate effectively in a hybrid office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or IT is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
