Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction scores.
- Conduct proactive account health reviews and check-ins with enterprise clients.
- Resolve escalated technical and account-related issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to advocate for client needs.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and share key insights with the leadership team.
- Onboard new clients efficiently during evening hours.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, metrics, and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking to clients.
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening shifts.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
