- Resolve technical and billing issues using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining service quality standards
- Collaborate with day-time teams for seamless issue escalation and resolution
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
- Meet key performance indicators including resolution rate and customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or related experience
