- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately using Salesforce
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell premium services
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM system
- Identify process improvements and share with management
- Adhere to SLA metrics for response and resolution times
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
