- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure optimal workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no prior experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (30+ WPM).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment (remote/hybrid option available).
