Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues accurately and efficiently.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and product knowledge.
- Stay updated on product features and service updates to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; current college students with a focus on business or communications are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
