Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments and returns efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via email with a high level of courtesy.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor to ensure products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible.
- Assist in inventory management by counting stock and reporting discrepancies to the management team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and pricing.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
