Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for maximum guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure flawless room readiness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Execute upselling strategies for premium room categories and local experiences
- Maintain accurate documentation of guest preferences and special requests
- Collaborate with security team to ensure property safety during evening hours
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during peak hours
- Flexibility to work evenings (4 PM - midnight) and weekends
- Basic knowledge of hotel reservation systems (training provided)
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
- Must be available for at least 20 hours weekly
