Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, specifically during peak weekend hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist in maintaining store inventory levels and organizing displays to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and de-escalation techniques.
- Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as needed to keep the workspace organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for occasional weekday shifts.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer groups.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver location.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
