Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening and weekend hours.
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
