Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children aged 6 weeks-12 years in age-appropriate activities
- Implement curriculum plans focused on social-emotional development
- Maintain strict safety standards and child-to-staff ratios
- Communicate effectively with parents about daily activities and milestones
- Prepare nutritious snacks and maintain clean, organized learning spaces
- Collaborate with team members during shift transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CDA/AA in ECE preferred)
- Minimum 1 year childcare experience in licensed setting
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passionate about early childhood development
- Flexibility to work evenings (4PM-12AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Background check clearance required
