Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the company, specifically targeting milestones by 2026.
- Lead the architecture and development of proprietary AI and quantum-ready software platforms.
- Oversee the engineering department, hiring top-tier talent and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and allocate resources for high-impact R&D projects.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategies with business objectives.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar).
- Proven track record of scaling technology teams and building infrastructure from the ground up.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Quantum Computing principles.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, cybersecurity, and data privacy regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
