Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of autonomy, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using cloud-native technologies.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and quantum computing, where applicable.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to establish technical budgets and manage resource allocation effectively.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineering productivity and code quality.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and technical forums to establish thought leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar).
- Proven experience building and scaling technology products in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in data engineering, AI integration, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience with agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
