Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead the identification and adoption of emerging technologies (AI, Spatial Computing, Quantum Readiness) to gain competitive advantage.
- Oversee the modernization of legacy systems to ensure seamless integration with future frameworks.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams focused on innovation and future-proofing.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for advanced technologies.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, or executive technology roles.
- Proven experience in leading multi-year strategic initiatives and vision-setting.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Architecture, and Future Tech trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Strong track record of driving ROI through technology innovation.
