Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, problem-solving, and friendly interactions
- Operate scanners, credit card machines, and self-checkout systems with precision
- Execute opening/closing procedures including cash balancing, inventory checks, and store readiness
- Assist with merchandising, shelf stocking, and maintaining organized store appearance
- Handle returns/exchanges per company policy while preserving customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training modules to develop technical and soft skills
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with legal authorization to work in the US
- Strong communication skills and approachable customer service demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to various Colorado Springs locations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
