Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized shopping experiences
- Process sales transactions accurately while maintaining cash register accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory control including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures and safety compliance
- Build lasting customer relationships through loyalty program enrollment and follow-up
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail with proficiency in basic math and POS systems
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
