Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks during early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planogram specifications
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and prevent spoilage of perishable items
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of all storage and customer-facing areas
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed)
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
Qualifications
- Must be available for early morning shifts (3:00 AM start time)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and pricing verification
- Attention to detail for proper product placement and rotation
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
