Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with provided sales tools and POS systems
- Operate company-issued equipment including tablets, inventory scanners, and payment terminals
- Utilize provided uniforms and presentation tools to maintain brand standards
- Process transactions using company-provided mobile checkout solutions
- Restock shelves using provided inventory management devices
- Train on new technologies and equipment during onboarding and ongoing development
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to learn and operate company-provided technology systems
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable using digital tools provided by the company
- Reliable transportation to our fully-equipped Chula Vista location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods using provided support equipment
