- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service during checkout and returns
- Scan, bag, and merchandise products to maintain store presentation standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Adhere to all security protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
