Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory control including receiving, stocking, and markdown execution
- Uphold brand standards through store cleanliness and organized stockrooms
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on merchandise trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
