Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise using provided equipment
- Stock shelves and displays according to planogram standards
- Operate pallet jacks and rolling ladders safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts using provided RF scanners
- Maintain organized stockroom and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store opening
- Report equipment maintenance needs to supervisor
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Early availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts)
- Basic inventory management experience preferred
- Comfortable operating warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
