Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in a timely manner
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to company standards
- Ensure proper rotation of products (FIFO) to maintain freshness
- Maintain clean and organized stockrooms and sales floors
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize stocking efficiency
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4 AM - 12 PM)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Reliable with consistent punctuality
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
