Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by answering product inquiries.
- Manage cash drawers, credit card payments, and digital transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions with high precision.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
