Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and problem resolution
- Operate scanning equipment and maintain organized checkout stations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Adhere to all security protocols for cash handling and loss prevention
- Support store operations by answering customer inquiries and directing them to appropriate departments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of customer service or cashier experience preferred
- Proficient in operating point-of-sale systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
