As a Barista, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks and pastries according to our strict recipes.
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions and manage cash handling with integrity.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Availability to work weekends, mornings, and holidays.
