Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages following recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, engaging interactions
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Maintain clean and organized workspace, including espresso station and seating areas
- Process customer payments and operate POS systems efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso fundamentals
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
