Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and cold beverages with precision and speed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Maintain a pristine work environment, including cleaning equipment, counters, and restocking supplies regularly.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash and card transactions with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the floor team to manage line flow during peak hours and special events.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our menu offerings, ingredients, and brewing techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- A valid Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one.
- Reliable attendance and availability to work weekends and holidays.
