Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using precise techniques
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Continuously develop coffee skills through ongoing training
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – training provided!
- Strong passion for coffee and customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to Orlando location
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
