Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to company standards
- Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee station, counter, and seating areas
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- No prior barista experience required – we provide paid training!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
