Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, pastries, and food items according to our strict recipes.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a pristine coffee bar and dining area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Learn and utilize our inventory management system to track stock levels and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate through our paid program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
