Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks including espresso, lattes, and seasonal beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine aloha spirit
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Manage inventory and uphold cleanliness standards
- Upsell coffee products and food items
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
- No coffee experience required – paid training provided!
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Food handler certification preferred (training available)
