Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following quality standards
- Train on espresso machines, grinders, and brewing techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with regulars
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
