Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee station, equipment, and customer areas
- Process customer orders and payments efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Learn and implement new brewing techniques
- Participate in monthly coffee tastings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required
- Must complete our 2-week paid training program
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler Certification preferred (provided if needed)
